Minor surgeries and other treatments under local anesthesia are commonly performed in our dedicated procedure room to maximize safety, privacy and convenience of our patients.

Dr Soares has partnered with Surgical Arts Surgery Center, conveniently located just above the Aesthetic Center for Plastic Surgery to perform many of his outpatient surgeries.

SASC is a QuadA Medicare-certified Ambulatory Surgery Center, providing the highest level of care to our surgical patients.

More than simply convenience, Dr Soares maintains a close-working partnership with the staff at SASC to deliver a high-level experience to his patients.

Dr Soares maintains active privileges at Cottage Health facilities, including Goleta Valley and Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital.

He has established a microsurgical program at Goleta Valley Cottage Hospital, and maintains relationships with the Ridley Tree Center for Wound Management for complex reconstruction.

Dr Soares maintains active privileges at Marian Regional Medical Center and Plaza Surgery Center in Santa Maria, California for many of his Northern Santa Barbara County/San Luis Obispo County patients.

He actively collaborates with oncologic surgeons at Mission Hope Cancer Center to provide reconstructive services for patients on the Central Coast of California.
